PATTON is one of the biggest manufacturers of EMT Fittings in the world. Our facilities produce complete range of the following products :

We provide complete solution for EMT Fittings starting with blank cutting to despatch all under one roof. Integrated design and tool room facility enable us to develop and produce any design in minimum lead time.

PATTON uses fin free precision tubes for the manufacture of EMT Fittings. In order to reduce lead time in tube procurement and critical stock-out situations an Inhouse tube mill has been set up for backward integration having monthly capacity of 1000 tons and covering size range between 15.88 mm to 80.01 mm and thickness range between 0.6 mm to 4 mm. We can manufacture round, square and rectangular tubes as per customer requirements.

We also have our own high volume Integrated Compression Nut manufacturing facility as well as gland ring manufacturing machinery.

Some salient features of our EMT Products are :

• All external threads are rolled on Reed Thread Rollers.
• All internal threads are tapped in pitch-controlled tappers for best thread quality
• Option of standard and extruded locknuts available.
• PATTON products are retail packaged with customer logo and made ready for shelf.
